The 97-foot boat features 5 well-appointed state rooms, with private baths, king or queen beds, high-end Italian made linens & thoughtful touches throughout. The boat features a number of inviting areas including 3 separate outdoor sitting areas, private dining tables for all guests & a living room with a wood pellet fireplace stove for winter months.
The back of the house makes efficient use of space with an on-site kitchen, commercial grade appliances & separate laundry area with 2 washers & 2 dryers. The 3rd floor owner’s quarters features an open concept with full private bath, kitchenette & sitting area. The 1st floor provides access to a 6th room that is currently being utilized as manager’s quarters, but could be operated as a spa room, office or additional owner’s space.
