We’ve had a long-standing relationship with Glen-Ella Springs that started when Scott Bushnell was still with us quite a few years back. Marilyn worked with the owner-operators (the sellers) Ed N Luci Kivett and would like to thank Chris Kelly and Eliot and Tish Dalton with White Stone Brokers who worked with the buyers, Brian and Michelle Seidling.
This amazing property in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia is a destination in-and-of itself, but the whole area has such a wonderful draw that it even pulled Chuck & Charlie Anderson back from the beaches and Low Country of South Carolina a few years back.
