The primary inn in downtown Berlin houses the guest check-in area, commercial kitchen, front desk, gift shop, back-office, and storage areas. The kitchen is well equipped with commercial grade appliances & the lower level storage area could be renovated back into an owner’s or manager’s quarters. The downtown area includes a spa suite, 2 bridal suites, 2 cottages, 3 connected villa units and an expansive laundry facility with 6 commercial washers and 5 commercial dryers. There is a central gazebo and gorgeously landscaped waterfall creek that is an ideal backdrop for intimate elopements & weddings. Less than 1 mile from the Main Inn on nearly 6 wooded acres are 2 brick chalets & 7 cabins. Each of the cabins is ideal for couples getaways with full kitchens in the cabins and kitchenettes in the Chalets, private decks, electric grills, gas fireplaces and jetted tubs.
