We worked closely with her to identify and acquire this lovely inn which is a great match for her dreams of owning and operating a vibrant hospitality business. In addition, we teamed up with seller Brigitte Butz and her local agent to properly value the business assets and facilitate the transition of ownership as smoothly as possible so she can move into retirement back in her home country of Germany.
