How do I get financial information on an inn for sale?

Contact us about the property. Detailed financial records are confidential, so they are shared with qualified buyers after they sign a non-disclosure agreement. We will ask a few questions about what you are looking for, your timing and how you plan to finance the purchase.

How much money do I need to buy an inn?

Can I visit an inn that is for sale?

Yes, once you have reviewed the listing and talked with us. Please arrange visits through us rather than contacting the inn directly: guests and staff may not know it is for sale, and visits are scheduled around the business.
